A match made in... Jswipe!

Who said true love is hard to find? We live in a digital world and long gone are the days of finding your Basheret (soul mate) halfway around the world. Shlomo, originally from Minnesota moved to NYC for University and stayed after joining Pricewater House Coopers as an accountant. Love was the last thing on his mind at the launch of his new career. Judith, a Technologist for JP Morgan lived more than 30 miles out of the city in Monsey spending hours on end commuting for work hardly finding time to breathe. Finding love for these two doves would have seemed to be an afterthought. Who would have thought that IT was just a swipe away?!

After connecting on Jswipe, Sholomo and Judith felt an immediate pull towards one another and Shlomo spent the next several months and 1200 miles traveling from the city to Monsey to see Judith every chance he got away from his busy career.

The Big Day

Their commitment to one another was finally sealed in a regal Rockleigh Country Club in New Jersey where both Shlomo and Judith's families and their closest friends joined them in their traditional Jewish wedding celebration. The day was filled with joyful emotion accompanied by amazing music and performers of KolPlay with Avi Peretz.

Seeing Shlomo and Judith full of joy on their wedding day was a true treat for our team as there were plenty of opportunities for us to capture what we felt to be natural moments of genuine emotions of happiness. Our approach to documenting weddings has always been different in that we document what we feel as opposed to what is just pretty. Our motto is simple...natural moments of genuine emotions are pretty on their own. Shlomo and Judith's wedding was full of unscripted moments just like their journey of finding one another.
